osCommerce RC2a PHP 5.3 Patches

Over the past few days I have been working through osCommerce's repository collating all the PHP 5.3 patches for my RC2a based store, in preparation for my host moving onto PHP 5.3.x

This is not a "contribution" as such, more a collated file-set and instruction sheet of what is already publically available on github. I thought that collating these files may help those who are not familiar with github, or prefer a "standard" drop-on-top or instruction sheet scenario.

Contained within the .zip file is both a drop on top folder and a read_me folder with instructions on how to change both *catalog* and admin files (I have split the instructions over two pages to reduce it's size).

If anyone has any further instances that need to be changed, (or if I have forgotten anything!) please do post your findings in this thread.

A NEW file has been added to reflect incorrect instructions for CATALOG changes, as brought to my attention in the forum thread (thanks Coopco)

A NEW file - v1.2 has been added to reflect the omission of both *catalog*/includes/functions/general.php and *catalog*/admin/includes/functions/general.php. Both the drop on top folder and instructions have been amended as well as an included upgrade guide. Thanks to Ken for bringing this to my attention.
